We are a small group of filmmakers

who got tired of rolling our eyes at the shallow or malevolent use of generative artificial intelligence so we decided to use it for something benevolent and deeper - To create short cinematic documentary style talks and interviews with past philosophers who still have a thing or two to say.Either featured as photographs only or fully resurrected as both video and podcast.

How we choose who to resurrect:

ARTIFICIALLY RESURRECTED was created by an American to feature photographic images and/or fully resurrect on screen photoreal film footage of voices that were primarily Western luminaries who spoke out against American Empire and its influences - Meaning supremacism, colonialism, imperialism, racism, classism, militarism, and the general shadow of the world and/or whose work had a variety of spiritual, psychological, ecological, moral, or philosophical dimensions.Other than writing books, they also had little to nothing to sell you. Short of creating content to help in your own development. If you have eyes to see and ears to hear.Using state of the art technology, their likenesses can continue those fights through their own words. Which is needed more now than ever.
